摘要
目的 :观察高血压心肌间质重构。方法 :采用不同月龄自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)为实验动物模型 ,从胶原定性和定量指标观察心肌间质重构。结果 :SHR10 与WKY10 比较 ,胶原面积 (CA)及胶原容积分数 (CVF)增高 1.4倍 ;SHR18-2 2 最高 ,与SHR10 比较CA、CVF增高 2 .4倍 (P <0 .0 1)。CVF比左室重量指数 (LVW/BW )增加更明显 ,结论 :SHR心肌间质、冠脉血管均发生了重构 ,SHR18-2 2 心肌间质重构程度明显加重 ,其程度加重可能是导致心力衰竭的重要原因之一。
Objective:To observe the remodeling of myocardium mesenchyme in hypertention. Methods:Using spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) of different age in months as experiment models to observe the remodeling of myocardium mesenchyme by collagen in quality and quantity. Results:The collagen areas (CA) or collagen volume fraction (CVF) were the highest in SHR 18-22 . CA or CVF of SHR 10 increased 1.4 times compared with WKY 10 and CA or CVF of SHR18-22 increased 2.4 times compared with SHR10 (P<0.01). It was found that CVF was increased prominently than left ventricular weight index (LVW/BW). Conclusion: Myocardium mesenchyme or vessels in SHR appeared remodeled and the remodeling was distinctly aggravating in SHR18-22. The aggravation of remodeling might be one of the important reasons resulting in CHF.
