摘要
目的 :探明外耳道瘙痒症与外耳道其它疾病的关系 ,以利于鉴别诊断。方法 :对外耳道瘙痒症和外耳道其它疾病的临床表现、病原 ,以及它们的职业、性别和年龄关系诸方面作了对比分析 ,在此基础上提出了相互之间鉴别要点。结果 :该病与外耳道其它疾病在临床特征、致病因素、好发部位以及职业、年龄、性别等均存在一定差别。结论 :外耳道瘙痒症与外耳道其它疾病可根据临床表现。
Objective: To ascertain the relationship between pruritus of meatus acousticus externus and the other diseases of external ear canal for the ultimate purpose of early diagnosis. Methods: Comparative analysis as carried out in respect of the clinical effect, pathogeny and its relationship with occupation,sex and age between the pruritus of meatus acousticus externus and the other diseases of the external ear canal. On this basis, the essential differential points of these diseases is extracted. Results: There were some differences of clinical characteristic, pathogenic factor,predilection site and occupation, age, sex and so on between pruritus of meatus acousticus externus and in other diseases of external ear canal. Conclusion: The differential diagnosis of pruritus of meatus acousticus externus and the other diseases of external ear canal be made according to the clinical effect and laboratory examination.
