人类自古择水而居,文昌湖(萌山水库)水面开阔,碧波荡漾,环湖山峦起伏,湖光山色,景色怡人。以文昌湖(萌山水库)为核心,建设文昌湖旅游度假区,是淄博市委、市政府为加快转方式调结构,推进统筹城乡发展,提升淄博城市综合竞争力而作出的重大战略决策,也是全国范围内以水利枢纽设施为载体建设新城镇的示范区。建立"数字文昌湖"管理信息平台,对于提升文昌湖旅游度假区城镇管理水平,促进招商引资,推动经济发展有着深远的意义,为节约资源、保护环境和区域可持续发展提供决策支持。
