摘要
通过对项目管理的特点及传统的城市规划管理模式的分析,阐述了项目管理方法用于城市规划管理的可行性和必要性,并给出了城市规划项目的管理模型。
According to the analysis of the characteristics of project management and traditional city plan management mode,this paper states the feasibility and necessity of applying project management method in city plan management.It also provide the management model of city plan project.
