摘要
目的探讨风险管理在外科留置多管道患者的应用效果。方法对120例外科留置多管道患者(对照组)采用传统的管道护理方法,对165例患者(观察组)实施风险管理。比较两组患者住院期间意外拔管、留置管道相关并发症及护理服务满意度。结果观察组意外拔管(1.21%)及相关并发症(4.24%)发生率均明显低于对照组(7.50%、12.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.80,P<0.05;χ2=6.65,P<0.01);观察组满意度(93.94%)明显高于对照组(80.83%),差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=11.66,P<0.01)。结论对外科留置多管道患者实施风险管理能够有效减少意外拔管及相关并发症的发生,提高护理质量和患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effects of risk management in surgical patients with multiple indwelling tubes. Methods 120 surgical patients with multiple tubes （control group） received the traditional tube nursing method and 165 patients （observation group） received the risk management. Accidental extubation, indwelling tube related complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Accidental extubation （1.21%） and indwelling tube re- lated complications （4.24%） of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （7.50% and 12.50%）, with statistically significant differences （X^2=5.80, P 〈 0.05; X^2=6.65, P 〈 0.01）; Nursing satisfaction （93.94%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference （X^2= 11.66, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Application of risk management in surgical patients with multiple indwelling tubes can effec- tively reduce accidental extubation and indwelling tube related complications and improve nursing quality and patient satis- faction, thereby worthy of clinical application.
