摘要
目的通过运用循证护理,提高多管道护理质量,有效预防各种并发症的发生。方法成立循证护理小组,制定措施,对48例留置多管道的老年脑血管病重症患者实施干预。结果48例留置多管道的老年脑血管病重症患者中,发生意外拔管3例,鼻饲管相关性胃溃疡出血1例,鼻饲返流导致肺部感染1例,尿路出血2例,无1例发生管道断裂、堵塞。结论管道护理是重症患者护理的重要内容,采用循证护理学使护理实践更加科学。
Objective Applying evidence-based nursing to improve nursing quality of senile patients with different tubes and prevent complications. Methods Founding an evidence-based nursing group to establish nursing measure and taking care of 48 senile cerebrovascular patients with different tubes. Results Among 48 senile cerebrovascular patients with different tubes, 3 patients pulled tube out accidentally, 1 patient suffered from gastric ulcer related to gastric tube, 1 patient suffered from pulmonary infection caused by gastric-tube feeding regurgitation ,2 patient suffered from urinary tract bleeding. Conclusions Nursing of different tubes is important in nursing senile cerebrovascular patients and evidence-based nursing making the nursing more scientific.
