皮质类固醇眼药水应用时机对细菌性角膜溃疡愈合的护理疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨细菌性角膜溃疡在有效抗生素控制感染后的不同时机局部应用皮质类固醇激素眼药水滴眼对溃疡灶修复的影响。方法对70例细菌性角膜溃疡在有效控制感染,溃疡浸润控制,溃疡缘增生隆起发生后分组分别不应用及不同时段应用皮质类固醇激素治疗,对比愈合情况。结果治疗1组比对照组角膜溃疡修复时间缩短,愈合瘢痕及新生血管减轻,视力提高差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗1组对比治疗2组角膜溃疡修复时间明显缩短(P<0.001),愈后新生血管减轻,视力提高差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论细菌性角膜溃疡在有效抗生素控制感染后及时应用皮质类固醇激素可促进角膜溃疡的愈合及减轻愈后瘢痕和新生血管生成,从而提高视力。 Objective To investigate the topcieal usage of corticosteroid eye drops on the recovery of ulcer in bacterial corneal ulcer after systemic treatment with antibiotics. Methods Seventy patients were first treated with antibiotics of con- trol the infection, topcical corticosteroid was then used in the hyperplasy tissues at certain stags. Results The reparation of corneal ulcer was shortened, scar and new vessels were decreased, eyesight was improved in patient with treatment 1 (P 〈 0.001); there was siginificantly different between treatment group 1 and group 2 (P 〈 0.001). Conclusion After systemic treatment with antibiotic, topcical usage of corticosteroid is a effective way to improve reparation of corneal ulcer, inhibit the forma- tion of scar and new vessels, and then improve eyesight.
