摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织中Twist、MMP-2和MMP-9表达的相关性。方法采用SP免疫组化法检测70例乳腺癌组织(35例癌旁组织作为对照)中Twist、MMP-2和MMP-9的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中Twist、MMP-2和MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为72.9%、55.7%和67.1%,均显著高于癌旁正常组织中的16.7%、28.6%和37.10%(P<0.05)。Twist、MMP-2和MMP-9与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Twist的表达与MMP-2和MMP-9的表达呈正相关。MMP-2的表达与MMP-9的表达呈正相关。结论 Twist、MMP-2和MMP-9在肿瘤细胞发生浸润转移中有协同作用,可作为评估乳腺癌转移及预后的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Twist, MMP -2 and MMP- 9 in Breast Cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the levels of Twist protein, MMP- 2, MMP- 9 in Breast Cancer（ 70 cases）and paracancerous normal tissues （35 ca- ses）. Results The positive rates of Twist, MMP - 2 and MMP - 9 were higher in Breast Cancer than thouse in the tumor - adjacent normal tissues （72. 9% ,55.7% ,67.1% vs 16.7% ,28. 6% ,37. 1% ,P 〈 0. 05）. Their expressions were positively correlated with the tumor differentiation, the depth of invasion lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Expression of MMP - 2 was positively correlated with that of MMP - 9 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The aberrant expressions of Twist, MMP - 2 and MMP - 9 may play a coopera- tive role in the infiltration and metastasis of Breast Cancer, which may be taken as a reference index for e- valuating the metastasis and prognosis.
