摘要 随着经济发展、人们生活方式改变,糖尿病已严重威胁人类健康。胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病发生的关键因素,从胰岛素合成后与胰岛素受体结合到实现生理效应的一系列过程中,都可能发生异常。运动疗法能够提高组织对胰岛素的敏感性,提高机体维持血糖稳定的激素调节能力。查阅了近年来国内外有关运动干预骨骼肌胰岛素功能的研究情况,分析了运动对骨骼肌胰岛素影响的主要因素,以及不同运动形式对骨骼肌胰岛素的影响。 Objective With the development of economy and change of life styles, diabetes mellitus seriously threatens the health of people. The key point of type 2 diabetes mellitusc to happen is insulin re- sistance, in which the abnormality will take place from the synthesis of insulin, the binding of insulin and its receptor, and physiological effect. Exercise can increase the insulin sensitivity of tissue and the hor- mone regulation ability of blood sugar stabilized by organism. This paper described the effects of exercise on the affinity of insulin receptor, influence of exercise on expression of skeletal muscle insulin receptor mRNA, and effects of exercise on insulin signal transduction. These could provide significant ideas in studying exercise-therapy of insulin resistance.
