摘要
目的:建立开喉剑喷雾剂中八爪金龙主要成分岩白菜素含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2-C18柱(5μm,200 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(17∶83),检测波长为275 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果:岩白菜素进样量在0.050 55~1.365 00μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为2.1%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂中岩白菜素含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for content determination of bergenin in Kaihoujian Spray. Methods: The HPLC method was performed on Hypersil ODS2-C18 (5 μm, 200 mm × 4. 6 mm) column with methanol-water (17:83 ) as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 275 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results: The linear range of bergenin was 0. 050 55 - 1. 365 00 μg ( r = 0. 999 9). The mean recovery was 99. 5%, and RSD was 2. 1%. Conclusions: The method is simple and accurate for determination of hergenin content in this drug.
