摘要
目的探讨康复新液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析赣州市妇幼保健院近两年收治的72例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿临床资料,其中康复新液联合开喉剑治疗的50例患儿作为观察组,不用或单用康复新液或开喉剑喷雾剂治疗的22例患儿作为对照组,观察2组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显大于对照组;患儿退热、流涎消失、疱疹及溃疡愈合时间以及平均住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康复新液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎效果确切,安全性高,可作为有效的联合治疗方案推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray in the treatment of herpes angina.Methods The clinical data of 72 children with herpes angina admitted to our hospital in recent two years were retrospectively analyzed.Fifty children treated with Kangfuxinye combined with Kaihoujian were taken as observation group,and 22 children treated with Kangfuxinye or Kaihoujian spray alone were taken as reference group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group.The time of fever abatement,salivation disappearance,herpes and ulcer healing and average hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray is effective and safe in the treatment of herpetic angina,and can be used as an effective combination therapy.
