芪胶升白胶囊耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究芪胶升白胶囊对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳的作用。方法:芪胶升白胶囊分别以2.0 g/kg、1.0 g/kg、0.5 g/kg剂量灌胃各组小白鼠,每日一次,连续给药7 d;进行常压耐缺氧实验和化学性缺氧实验,观察小鼠窒息死亡时间,负重游泳实验观察小鼠窒息死亡时间,检测血中血红蛋白浓度、血乳酸含量、Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力。结果:芪胶升白胶囊高、中、低剂量组能明显增加小鼠常压耐缺氧时间、化学性缺氧时间、负重游泳时间,增加负重游泳后血中血红蛋白浓度、血乳酸含量,增强Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力。结论:芪胶升白胶囊具有明显的耐缺氧作用和一定的抗疲劳作用,其作用可能与升高血红蛋白浓度和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力以及降低血乳酸含量有关。 Objective: To explore the hypoxia tolerance and anti-fatigue effects sule (QSC) on rats. Methods: QSC at the dosages of 2.0, 1.0 and 0.5 g/kg of Qijiaoshenbai cap- were administered by gavage once a day for 7 days. Anti-hypoxia experiment under normal pressure, chemical anti-hypoxia experiment and load swimming experiment were carried out and suffocation time of the rats was ob- served. The blood hemoglobin(Hb) concentration, blood lactic acid (BLA)content and the activity of Ca2 + -Mg2 + -ATPase and Na + -K+ -ATPase of load swimming mice were measured. Results: High, moderate and low dosages of QSC prolonged the survival time of hypoxia mice under normal pressure and mice exposed to sodium nitrite, and prolonged swimming time of load mice. The Hb concentration increased, the activity of Ca2 + -Mg2 + -ATPase enhanced, and BLA content decreased in the three QSC groups. Conclusions: QSC has obvious anti-hypoxia effects and certain anti-fatigue effects, which may be related to the increase of Hb concentration and the activity of Ca2+ -Mg2+ -ATPase and the decrease of BLA content.
