摘要
目的:探讨高山红景天(大花红景天)对小鼠的抗缺氧作用。方法:160只小鼠随机分为4个试验组(0,0.22,0.45和1.35 g/kg),每天灌胃1次,连续30 d。通过小鼠常压耐缺氧实验,亚硝酸钠中毒小鼠存活时间实验,小鼠急性脑缺血性缺氧存活时间实验和测定小鼠游泳后血乳酸曲线下面积实验研究高山红景天(大花红景天)的耐缺氧功能。结果:与阴性对照组(H2O)相比,低中和高剂量组均明显延长亚硝酸钠中毒后的小鼠存活时间,中剂量组(0.45 g/kg)能明显延长急性脑缺血性缺氧状态下小鼠存活时间,中剂量组能明显降低小鼠游泳后血乳酸曲线下面积。结论:高山红景天(大花红景天)能提高整体动物的耐缺氧能力。
Objective:This study evaluates the Anti - hypoxic effect of Rhodila Sachalinesis A. Bor (rhodiola crenulata). Methods :160 healthy mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(0, 0. 22, 0. 45 and 1.35 g/kg), and then were administered by oral garage for 30 days. the survival time of mice under the condition of closed normobaric hypoxia, nitrite toxicosis and being afflicted with acute cerebral ischemia were measured, and after swimming , serum lactic acid content were measured. Results:Compared with the contral group, Rhodila Sachalinensis ( rhodiola crenulata) (0. 22,0. 45 and 1.35 g/kg) prolonged the survival time in mice subjected to NAN02, it (0.45 g/kg) can also prolonged the anoxia survival time of mice under being afflicted with acute cerebral ischemia,and Rhodila Sachalinensis(rhodiola crenulata) (0.45 g/kg) can decrease the level of serum lactic acid after swimming. Conclusion : Rhodila Sachalinensis(rhodiola crenulata) can increase the anti - hypoxic effect of animals.
