摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者动脉硬化与血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性的相关性。方法用全自动动脉硬化测量仪检测118例EH患者臂-踝脉搏传导速度(baPWV),并分为非动脉硬化组(28例)和动脉硬化组(90例)。采用Snapshot技术比较两组ACE基因的多态性分布。结果在携带ACE基因的三种基因型(II、ID、DD)EH患者之间,臂-踝脉搏传导速度无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 ACE基因多态性与EH患者动脉硬化无明显相关性。
Objective To ivestigate the correlation of angiotension converting enzyme(ACE) gene polymorphism and atherosclerosis (AS) in patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods On the basis of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) measurement with Auto-survey athersclerosis apparatus and age-baPWV curve, 118 EH patients were divided into two groups of A (90 cases,with AS) and B(28 cases, without AS). Snapshot technology was used to classify ACE gene polymorphism and compare ACE gene polymorphism distribution in two groups. Results There was no significant difference in baPWV among the EH patients carrying the II, ID and DD alleles of ACE gene. Conclusion There is no significant correlation between ACE gene polymorphism and AS in the patients with EH.
