摘要
介绍了国内外常用的防静电阻隔材料静电衰减测试方法 ,仪器和相关标准 ,简要分析了各种测试方法的优缺点 ,提出了静电衰减时间测量中应注意的问题。
This paper describes the methods、instruments and standards of testing the decay time of electrostatic protective materials,analyses the merit and demerit of those testing methods.Finally some problems which ought to be considered in testing of electrostatic decay time are put forwarded.
