摘要
采用不同的静电电荷衰减时间测试方法对5种材料分别测试半衰期,比较测试结果,并分析了不同测试方法对同一材料测试结果存在差异的原因。
Five kinds of materials＇electrostatic charge half-life were tested by different kinds of electrostatic charge decay test methods, and test results were compared, The reasons that caused different test resuits of the same material through different test methods were analyzed.
