摘要
对里氏木霉纤维素酶在大曲酒丢糟中的应用进行了研究。酶的用量为1u/g 糟时 ,经过2天的发酵 ,每100g糟含有酒精为3.3g,按1吨湿糟计算 ,可得61kg60度白酒。蒸馏过程中产生的废水可以全部回用而不影响出酒率。
In this paper,the application of cellulase from Trichoderma reesei was studied.When the dosage of enzyme was 1u/g,the spent distiller′s grains from Daqu liquor increased the ethanol concentration to 3.3g/100g after 2 days fermentation,and 1 ton wet distiller′s grains could produce 61kg liquor(60%,v/v) .The effuent pollution was completely eliminated by “totally recycling technology”.
