蓬灰对大鼠胰腺及糖代谢的影响

摘要 目的:观察不同剂量蓬灰对正常SD雄性大鼠胰腺及糖代谢的影响。方法:选择雄性SD大鼠60只,分别灌胃,给予573mg/kg、1146mg/kg、2291mg/kg蓬灰,对照组给予等量生理盐水,共饲养12周。饲养期间,监测大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰养岛素(FINS)水平的变化情况。并于饲养12周龄时,取胰腺组织进行HE染色,观察胰腺组织的病理学改变。结果:与对照组比较,实验组的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平均无显著差异(p﹥0.05)。实验组胰腺HE染色显示血管扩张充血。结论:蓬灰对正常雄性SD大鼠的糖代谢可能无影响,但可能对胰腺会造成一定的损伤。 bjective:To investigate the effects of peng-hui from different dose on glucose-metabolic in normal male SD rats. Methods: Male SD rats, were only 60 to irrigation stomach 573 mg/kg, 1 146 mgA〈g, 2291 mg/kg), and the control group ash to equal amount saline. The feeding time was maintained for 12 weeks, fasting blood glucose (FBG) and fasting plasma insulin (FINS) were monitored during feedings, Pancreas was taking for coloration of HE ,then pathematology change was inspecting. Results:fasting blood glucose (FBG) , fasting plasma insulin (FINS)o Compared with the control group, there were no differences among the four groups, In compared with the control group, HE staining showed that the experimental group of pancreatic vascular dilatation and congestion. Conclusion:peng-hui to normal rats had no effect on the sugar metabolism.but the pancreas may damage.
