摘要 目的建立紫外分光光度法测定复方环丙沙星滴耳液中盐酸环丙沙星含量的不确定度评定方法。方法分析了来自溶液配制过程和仪器测定过程中各种不确定度影响因素并对其进行评估,建立了不确定度评定数学模型,计算各分量的不确定度,最后计算出合成不确定度。结果扩展不确定度U=1.2%(k=2)。结论紫外分光光度计、样品测量重复性及小容量液体的量取是测定结果的最主要影响因素。 OBJECTIVE To establish the evaluation method of the measurement uncertainty for the assay of ciprofloxacin-hydrochloride in compound ciprofloxacin ear drops by UV.METHODS Factors affecting uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated from procedures of solution preparing and instrument detecting.A mathematic model was established of the evaluation of measurement uncertainty.The uncertainties of various component variables were calculated and the combined uncertainty was finally obtained.RESULTS The expanded measurement uncertainty U=1.2%(k=2).CONCLUSION Ultraviolet spectrophotometer and repeated measurement and measurement of little volume liquid is the primary factors for assay results.
