摘要
目的:制备复方环丙沙星滴耳液,建立其质量控制方法,并观察其临床疗效。方法:以盐酸环丙沙星为主药,配伍地塞米松磷酸钠;以紫外分光光度法测定盐酸环丙沙星的含量。结果:该制剂质量稳定。盐酸环丙沙星线性范围是3～9μg/mL,回归方程为C=10.32A-0.3893,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.64%,RSD=0.72%(n=5)。结论:制备工艺简单,质量控制方法准确可靠,临床疗效良好。
Objective： To study the preparation of ciprofloxacin ear drops and its quality control, and to observe its clinical effect. Methods. Ciprofloxacin was used as basic remedy mixed with dexamethasone sodium phosphate. The content of ciprofloxacin was determined by UV- spectrophotometric method. Results： Ciprofloxacin was stable and within the range of 3 -9 μg/mL the concentration of ciprofloxacin had a linear relationship with absorbance （ C = 10. 32A-0.389 3, r =0. 999 8）. The average rate of recovery was 99.64% and RSD was 0.72% （n =5）. Conclusion： This preparation has a good effect with simple preparing technique and reliable quality control.
