摘要
目的 探讨某些白细胞介素在慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)发病中的的作用 ;方法 用ELISA方法检测 10例肺心病和 2 5例慢性支气管炎患者血清中IL - 2、IL - 4、IL- 6、IL - 8水平 ;结果 两种疾病患者血清IL - 2水平降低 ,IL - 6和IL - 8水平增高 ,而IL - 4水平与正常对照比较无显著差异。结论 这两种疾病皆有TH1细胞功能缺陷 ,而中性粒细胞功能活跃 ,说明IL - 2、IL - 4、IL - 6、IL -8在这两种疾病的炎症反应中起着重要作用。同时提示我们在治疗上积极控制感染和提高机体免疫功能同等重要。
Objective\ Our purpose was to study the role of IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8 in COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) pathogenesis.Methods\ We have measured serum IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8 in 10 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and 25 patients with chronic bronchitis with ELISA method.The statistic management was adopted with T test of two sample-means.Results\ The serum IL-2 levels were significant lower and serum IL-6、IL-8 levels were significant higher in these two class patients than those in health subjects.but the serum IL-4 levels were no different in theese two class patients compare with those in health subjects.Conclusion\ It is suggested that there are function-deficiency in TH cells and high secretion on IL-6、IL-8 in those two class patients.It implies that we should apply antibiotic drugs and immune enhancement in the treatment of these two class patients.
