摘要
２１例恶性肿瘤患者接受过继性免疫疗法治疗，采用自体血ＬＡＫ细胞（１～５）×１０＾８联合ＩＬ－２，４０万Ｕ静脉入，每周１～２次，连续１０次，观察治疗过程细胞免疫功能的表现。结果显示，１３例晚期肝癌患者治疗后末梢血淋巴细胞Ｔ亚群的ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值显著提高，ＮＫ细胞活性增强，８例晚期肺癌和胃癌患者，上述指标无明显变化，表明免疫过继疗法有一定的疗效，但有其适应症。
patients with advanced cancer of various types were treated by adoptive immtinotherapy with the autologous LAK cells and IL-2,(1～5)×108 LAK cells and 0.4×106 IL-2 injected intravenously 1～2time/week.LAK/IL-2 were administered 10 times as one course.In 13 cases of advanced liver cancer the results showed that after treatment the ratio of CD4/CD8 and NK activity in peripheral blood increased,while 8 cases of pulmonary or gastric adenocarcinoma didn't improve in regard to lymphocyte subpopulations and NK activity.It is suggested that adoptive immunotherapy may enhance immunity in certain patients with in dication.
