摘要
折叠翼的展开过程性能参数是折叠翼设计的重要指标,研究它对于设计折叠翼具有重要意义。文中通过地面试验与ADAMS动力学仿真计算分别对某折叠翼的展开过程进行了分析研究,并将地面试验数据与仿真计算结果进行比较和分析。结果表明两者的一致性较好,证明了动力学仿真模型的准确性。试验和仿真结果均表明折叠翼机构满足折叠翼设计要求。
The research on the parameters of folding-wing's spreading performance is of great significance to the design and improvement of the folding wings. In this paper, performance of the folding-wing' s unfolding process was analyzed by using ground test and dynamics imitating analysis by ADAMS. The actual experimental results were compared with the dynamic simulation results, the unfolding dynamic mod- el of the folding-wing structure was proved to be reasonable and applicable. Both the actual experimental results and the dynamic simulation results show that the structure design of the folding-wings is able to meet the demands of flight.
