摘要
为提高大型机构设计的可靠性、有效性,使用UG NX3和ADAMS,研究了一种天线车雷达折叠机构的虚拟样机建模和运动仿真。通过对天线车雷达折叠机构虚拟样机模型的转化,解决了ADAMS软件三维建模功能较弱的问题。结合天线车雷达折叠机构实际工作条件,对折叠机构进行了仿真,获得了其静力学、动力学特性参数。对虚拟样机进行初步试制的结果表明本折叠机构在液压缸优化压力推动下可以实现平稳,可靠运动,为进一步的结构细化提供了可靠的参考依据。
To improve the reliability and efficiency of mechanical design, the modeling of the virtual prototype and motion simulation of a radar antenna deployable structure were developed using UG NX3 and ADAMS. The problem that ADAMS could not build complicated model was settled through the model transformation of the virtual prototype presented. The deployable structure is simulated according to its practical work condition, achieving its statical and dynamic characteristics. The primary trial - manufacture results showed that this deployable structure can perform stable and reliable movement under optimized hydraulic pressure. This work provides reliable references for further detailed mechanical design.
