右美托咪定在门诊手术临床应用中的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 随着医疗卫生事业的发展，医院为了减轻患者医疗负担和提高住院病床周转率，许多简单短小手术都在门诊进行，而麻醉方法大多采用局麻或是静脉麻醉来缓解患者的疼痛。门诊手术简单便捷，病人随治随走，但对麻醉药的安全性和高效性提出更高要求。右美托咪定是高选择性以肾上腺素受体激动剂，
