摘要
【目的】研究和丰县新疆山羊主要经济性状的相关性,为育种场的种羊培育及新疆地方品种资源的保护提供依据。【方法】通过对新疆山羊的细度、含绒率、平均长度、抓绒量的测定,利用SPSS软件分析绒山羊不同年龄、不同生理阶段的主要经济性状之间的相关性。【结果】周岁公羊的细度与含绒率呈负相关,差异极显著(P<0.01);周岁母羊的含绒率与平均长度呈正相关,差异显著(P<0.05),细度与平均长度呈正相关,差异极显著(P<0.01);成年母羊的细度与平均长度呈正相关,差异极显著(P<0.01)。【结论】和丰县绒山羊在不同生理阶段的主要经济性状存在较大差异。
[ Objective] Correlation analysis of main economic traits of Xinjiang goat in Helen country was conducted so as to provide the basis for adult goat breeding and protect Xinjiang local breeding resources. [ Method ] Fineness, cashmere percentage, average length, cashmere yield of Xinjiang goat were tested. SPSS software was used to analyze correlation on main economic traits of different age groups and different physiological phases in Cashmere goat. [ Result ] For one year old ram, the fineness was negatively correlated with the cashmere percentage with very significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ） ; for one year old ewe, the cashmere percentage was positively correlated with average length with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the fineness was positively correlated with average length with very significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; for adult female goat, the fineness was positively correlated with average length with very significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] Big differences existed in the main economic characters of Hefen Country cashmere goats in different physiological stages.
