摘要
【目的】通过对新疆南疆绒山羊绒细型新品系的培育,引导全国绒山羊产业的育种方向,为我国绒山羊绒细度优势的保持和扩大提供参考,为我国羊绒的出口创汇提供技术支撑。【方法】确定系祖,在南疆绒山羊核心育成母羊群中,利用精准选种、人工授精、个体选配、纯繁扩群等技术手段增加品系的群体数量。【结果】到2010年基础群达标个体仅有110只,进展缓慢且培育品系繁殖成活率较低。2011年,达标个体达206只。【结论】应加强与科研院所的合作,使用BLUP育种加快南疆绒山羊绒细型新品系培育的步伐。
[ Objective] By breeding new strain of Southern Xinjiang cashmere goat fineness high, the direction of the national cashmere goat industry breeding and technical support for our country cashmere goat＇s fineness advantages are provided. [ Method ] In order to determine the fathers, increase strain population by seed selection, skills such as artificial insemination, individual selection and pure numerous expanding group were used in the research. [ Result] After years of effort, there were only 110 standard individuals in 2010, which shows that progress is slow and strain survival rate is low, too. In 2011, there were 206 standard individuals. [ Conclusion] We should strengthen the cooperation with scientific research institutions, using BLUP to speed up new strains breeding of Southern Xinjiang cashmere goat fineness high type.
