摘要
【目的】提高新疆葡萄干国际市场竞争力,促进葡萄干出口。【方法】从葡萄栽培种植、采摘、储运、晾晒、加工等技术方面分析制约新疆葡萄干走向国际市场的主要因素,分析影响葡萄干出口的关键因素葡萄干粗加工与精加工技术设备存在的问题。【结果】提出了推进新疆葡萄干出口的有效措施,逐步提高制干葡萄产前、产中、产后的标准化作业水平,增强葡萄干粗精加工能力,开展新技术的研究和应用。【结论】新疆葡萄干产量占到我国葡萄干产量的90%以上,有效解决制约葡萄干出口存在的问题,将很大程度提高新疆葡萄干品质,增强国际市场竞争力,增加出口,产生可观的经济效益。
[ Objective ] The purpose of this project was to improve the competitiveness of Xinjiang raisins in the international market and promote raisins exporting. [ Method ] This paper analyzed the major factors which restricted Xinjiang raisins into the international market from the perspectives of grape growing, picking, storage and transportation, drying, processing, etc. It Focuses on the analysis of the raisins rough processing and fine processing technology equipment problems which were the most important influencing factors in raisin export. [ Result] The effective measures of exporting raisins was put forward. [ Conclusion] Xinjiang raisin production accounts for more than 90% of our country, and effectively solving the problems restricting raisins export would greatly improve the quality of Xinjiang raisin, enhance the international market competitive ability, promote its export, and produce considerable economic benefit.
