摘要
水质监测是开展水功能区水资源管理的基础。为能实现对水资源的有效监控,通过分析长江中下游水资源监测现状,结合当前水资源监控技术的发展和水功能区管理的需求,提出采用多种监控方式对水资源质量进行立体化监测的构想,即将监测体系构建成涵盖水、陆、空的立体监测系统,最大限度地利用技术手段获取最全面的水环境信息,为水资源管理提供技术支撑。
Water quality monitoring lays a foundation for water resources management of water function area. By analyzing the present condition of water monitoring at mid - lower Yangtze River, and integrating development of water monitoring and the de- mand of water function area management, a multi - dimensional monitoring system that contains various types of monitoring meth- ods is proposed so as to realize the effective monitoring of water resources. The system will cover the fields of water, land and air, and has abilities of obtaining the comprehensive water environmental information as possible through technological means.
