摘要
伦理关系是人与人之间的一种客观关系。伦理关系的形成有其客观的物质性基础，也有其主观精神条件。它是一个历史过程，也是人的主体性进化过程。伦理关系是有精神渗透其中的、主观见之于客观的实体性关系。实体性伦理关系在现实生活中表现为复杂的制度、组织系统和礼俗伦常，体现为现实的合理的社会秩序。伦理关系的发展是以经济关系发展的必然性和利益调节的必要性为依托的，是与社会政治关系密切联系的，同时又带有鲜明的文化特色，体现着特有的民族精神。伦理关系的维系和调整是由法律和道德共同实现的。
Ethical relationship is a kind of objective relationship of human beings with objective material foundation and subjective and spiritual basis as well. It involves both a historical process and the eyolution of human subjectivity. Ethical relationship is also a substantial relation with influence from ideology. Substantial ethical relationship is embodied in real life situations as complicated system, organization and conventions in the form of rational social orders. The author emphasizes that ethical relationship is formed on the bases3 of economic growth and interest adjustment closely related to political relationship marked by characteristics of the culture and nationality of the society. Maintenance of ethical relationship is realized by the joint efforts of the legal system and the moral regulations.
