P53、凝血酶敏感蛋白-1与膀胱移行细胞癌中血管生成的关系

摘要 目的:检测人膀胱移行细胞癌组织中P53蛋白、凝血酶敏感蛋白1(TSP-1)表达及微血管密度(MVD),探讨P53蛋白、TSP-1与膀胱移行细胞癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:以免疫组化法检测膀胱移行细胞癌50例以及正常膀胱组织10例石蜡标本中P53蛋白、TSP-1表达及MVD。结果:膀胱移行细胞癌组织中,P53蛋白表达及MVD随病理分级的升高和临床分期的进展而增高(P<0.05),TSP-1表达随病理分级的升高和临床分期的进展而降低(P<0.05);TSP-1表达与P53表达呈负相关(r=-0.4223,P<0.01),MVD在TSP-1阳性表达组明显低于TSP-1阴性表达组(P<0.01)。结论:膀胱移行细胞癌组织中P53蛋白过表达及TSP-1低表达与肿瘤血管生成及侵袭进展密切相关。 Objective:To examine expression of P53, thrombospondin - 1 ( TSP - 1 ) and mierovessels density(MVD) in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissue. Try to illuminate the relationship between P53 ,TSP - 1 and the clinical pathological features of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods:Slices of 50 cases definitely diagnosed as bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 10 normal cases were collected. P53, TSP - 1 expression and MVD in slices were examined by immunohistochemistry staining. Results:In human bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissue,P53 expression and MVD increasing according to progression of the TNM phase but TSP - 1 expression decreasing according to progression of the TNM phase; There was negative correlation between the expression of P53and TSP - 1 ( r = - 0. 4223, P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Tumors with a high expression of TSP - 1 showed a lower MVD. Conclusions: Over expression of P53 and low expression of TSP - 1 in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissue may play roles in angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis of the tumor.
