电针对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后局部脑血流量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察电针百会、大椎对大鼠脑缺血再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion,I/R)后不同时间点局部脑血流量(regional cerebral blood flow,rCBF)的影响。方法采用激光多普勒血流仪器记录大鼠缺血前、缺血即刻、再灌注即刻和再灌注不同时间(处死前)4个时相的rCBF。结果通过对4个时相的rCBF观察,缺血前各组之间无明显差异;缺血即刻各组大鼠rCBF均较假手术组和相应同组的缺血前降低;再灌注即刻各组(除假手术组外)均比相应同组缺血即刻的均值升高;再灌注不同时间各组(除假手术组外)均比相应同组再灌注即刻的均值有不同程度的升高,并且同时相的药物组、电针组比模型组有不同程度的升高。结论电针可以提高I/R损伤后大鼠的脑血流值,并且电针的时间不同提高的程度有所不同。 Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture at points Baihui (GV20) and Dazhui (GV14) on rat regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R). Method Rat rCBF was measured using a Doppler laser blood stream detector before and at isehemia, at reperfusion and at different times after reperfusion (before sacrifice). Result The measurement of rCBF at four phases showed no significant differences between the groups before ischemia. Compared with the sham operation group of rats, rCBF decreased at ischemia in the other groups. In the same group, rCBF decreased at ischemia compared with before. In all the groups (except the sham operation group), the mean rCBF value increased at reperfusion compared with ischemia and it increased in varying degrees at different times after reperfusion compared with reperfusion. Compared with the model group, the mean rCBF value increased in varying degrees at the same phase in the medication and electroacupuncture groups. Conclusion Electroaeupuncture can increase rat cerebral blood flow value after I/R injury.
