电针百会、风府对脑缺血再灌注大鼠细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨电针对脑缺血再灌注大鼠细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)蛋白表达的影响,初步分析电针对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的治疗原理。[方法]用MCAO法制作脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,用免疫组化(SABC)法检测ICAM-1蛋白阳性表达。[结果]各组免疫组化染色后,在脑组织的毛细血管内皮细胞ICAM-1着色呈现不同程度的棕黄色,药物组与针灸组ICAM-1阳性表达降低,灰度值检测结果:药物组和针灸组与模型组比较灰度值降低(P<0.05),同时针灸组与药物组比较灰度值亦降低(P<0.05)。[结论]电针能降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)蛋白阳性表达可能是治疗急性脑梗死的机理之一。 [Objective]Probe into electroacupuneture in ICAM-1 effect of MCAO Rats,preliminary analysis shows the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of cerebral ischemia.[Methods]Used the suture in MCA to establish MCAO isehemia-reperfusing model.Used immunohistochemistry SABC method to investigate the expression of ICAM-1.[Results]After immunohistochemistry dyeing,Endothelial ceils of capillary vessel In brain tissue color up the shade of brown yellow in every group,the expression of ICAM-1 reduces in medicament group and acupuncture group,result of grey level:compare with model group,grey level of medicament group and acupuncture group reduce,then compare with medicament group,grey level of acupuncture group reduce.[Conclusion]Electroacupuncture reduces the expression of ICAM-1 is possibly one of mechanisms in MCAO Rats.
