摘要
目的观察羟考酮控释片治疗中重度癌痛的有效性和安全性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法选择我院2009年10月至2011年9月收治的晚期癌症患者120例,均给予口服盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗。观察治疗期间患者产生的不良反应,并比较治疗前后患者疼痛程度、生存质量等的差异。结果治疗期间产生的不良反应主要为胃肠道反应,未出现1例呼吸抑制、精神依赖或其他严重不良反应。与治疗前比较,患者疼痛程度有较大的缓解,NRS评分明显降低,KPS评分明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用羟考酮控释片治疗中重度癌痛疗效确切,且不良反应在患者可以耐受的范围之内,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective Oxycodone ketone controlled-release tablets in the treatment of severe cancer pain,the efficacy and safety,and provide a reference for clinical medication.Methods From October 2009 to September 2011 were 120 cases of patients with advanced cancer were given oral hydrochloride oxycodone ketone controlled-release tablets therapy.Observed during treatment in patients with adverse reactions,and compare treatment differences in patients before and after the degree of pain,quality of life,etc.Results The adverse reactions during treatment for gastrointestinal reactions,not one case of respiratory depression,psychological dependence,or other serious adverse reactions.Compared with before treatment,the degree of pain in patients with a greater ease,the NRS score decreased significantly,KPS score is significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Oxycodone controlled-release tablets in the treatment of severe cancer pain efficacy,and adverse reactions in patients can be tolerated within the scope of,worthy of clinical application.
