摘要
采用分数维方法研究了有限深抛物量子阱中的极化子自陷能及其有效质量.得到在阱宽很小或很大时,极化子自陷能和有效质量趋向于三维体材料的情况;在量子阱分数维取极小值时,极化子的自陷能和有效质量取极大值.
Energy and effective mass of polaron in a finite parabolic quantum well within the framework of fractional-dimensional space approach was studied.Self-trapped energy and effective mass of polaron approaches the 3D values for very narrow or wide well.When fractional dimension of the quantum well was at a minimum,self-trapped energy and effective mass of polaron was at a maximum.
