摘要
以实验室自制1,4-二(甲氧二甲基硅烷基)苯[1,4-Bis(methoxydimethylsilyl)benzene,BMSB]为研究对象,Waters高分辨UPLC-TOFMS为分析测试手段,建立了针对有机硅合成单体体系的定性、定量分析方法,并把该方法应用于合成工艺优化,制得了较高品质的BMSB。
The synthesis technology of organic silicon monomer is very complex and the reaction is usually accompanied with side reaction, leading to the degradation of product quality. Therefore, product quality of organic silicon monomer cannot he guaranteed if the suitable detection analysis methods were not established. In this study, a method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is established to a class of silicone monomers using Water high resolution UPLC-TOFMS, taking 1,4-Bis (methoxydimethylsilyl) benzene (BMSB) prepared in laboratory as analytic object. In additional, the optimum preparation conditions of 1,4-his (methoxydimethylsilyl) benzene is ascertained based on this method and the high quality BMSB is obtained.
