摘要
介绍吉林石化公司根据新的国Ⅲ车用柴油标准进行的原油加工方案优化。充分利用现有装置及组分油,可少量生产国Ⅲ标准车用柴油。或通过一定的生产优化措施,少量增加成本,增产国Ⅲ标准车用柴油,实现较好的经济效益。充分利用大庆原油特性,以直馏柴油为主生产国Ⅲ柴油,可最大程度降低成本,增加效益,当大庆原油与俄油实现分炼时,效益更加明显,也降低了柴油质量升级的成本。为进一步增产车用柴油,需要增加柴油加氢装置的能力,增加了柴油的生产成本。延迟焦化、催化裂化等装置的柴油改质难度大,这部分柴油不宜进入车用柴油调合组分,可调合普通柴油,以降低成本。
The crude oil processing schemes have been optimized in Jilin Petrochemical Company to produce new motor diesel of Guo-Ⅲ standard.A small amount of motor diesel of Guo-Ⅲ standard can be produced by fully utilizing the existing process units and distillates.The production of motor diesel of Guo-Ⅲ standard can be increased by production optimization at a little increase in cost to achieve a better economic benefit.The straight-run diesel can be fully utilized to produce diesel of Guo-Ⅲ standard at low cost to improve the profitability by fully utilizing the Daqing crude properties.When Daqing crude and Russian crude are processed separately,the costs of diesel upgrading are reduced and economic benefit is obvious.The new diesel hydrotreating capacity needs to be added for increasing motor diesel production,which will increase production cost of diesel.It is difficult to upgrade diesels from delayed coker,FCCU,etc,and these diesels can not be directly used as the blending components of motor diesel,but can be blended to produce regular diesel at a lower cost.
