摘要
随着环保问题的日益突出,对汽柴油产品质量的要求也越来越高。分析了A炼油厂汽柴油质量升级方案,计算了方案实施的二氧化硫减排量,说明了炼油厂只有合理调整炼油和产品结构,才能实现产品质量升级和污染物减排的"双赢"。
With the increasingly outstanding of the environmental protection problems, the quality on gasoline and diesel is required higher and higher. This paper analyzes the scheme of quality upgrade on gasoline and diesel for A oil refinery, and calculates the emission reductions of sulfur dioxide when the scheme is implemented. The results show that only the structure of oil refinery and product is adjusted reasonably, the oil refinery can achieve the win-win goal for both the quality upgrade on products and pollutant emission reduction.
