重整预加氢脱砷反应器床层压力降高的对策

摘要 某连续重整装置预加氢反应器催化剂床层压力降急剧升高,影响了循环氢压缩机的平稳运行和正常生产,装置被迫平均每3个月进行一次"撇头"操作。分析发现,该反应器压力降高的直接原因是原料携带的腐蚀性产物和预加氢系统在高温条件下反应产生的结焦物在开停工或操作异常波动时被带到反应器床层顶部,并形成滤饼和硬盖。对此,采取了以下措施:①对预加氢进料加热炉炉管进行通球清焦;②对预加氢进料换热器进行化学清洗;③增设预加氢循环氢流量低低切断进料联锁系统。运行结果表明,该反应器压力降维持在400 kPa以内,装置无需撇头已连续平稳运行了8个月以上。提出了长周期运转的建议。 The rapid pressure drop rise in a CCR pre-hydrotreater reactor catalyst bed affected the stable operation and normal production of recycle hydrogen compressor,and the unit had to be skimmed every 3 months.The analysis found that the direct cause of higher pressure drop of reactor was the carry-over into the top of reactor bed of corrosive materials in the feedstock and coke formed at high temperature conditions of pre-hydrotreating system at the start-up and shut-down of the unit or in the abnormal operating conditions.To solve these problems,the following measures were taken such as(1) the tubes of pre-hydrotreater feed heater were cleaned by pigging;(2) the feed heat exchanger of pre-hydrotreater was chemically cleaned;(3) low low flow shut-off interlock system was provided for recycle hydrogen.The results show that the pressure drop of the reactor is maintained within 400 kPa and the unit has been running smoothly for over 8 months without skimming.Other recommendations are proposed for long-term operation.
