摘要
在上海炼油厂预加氢反应器投用前的内外部检验中 ,发现了大量的焊缝表面裂纹和内部埋藏裂纹。本文详细介绍了检验方法、步骤 ,以及对缺陷处理的一系列措施。
On overall inspection of interior and exterior of pre-hydrogenating reactor of Shanghai Oil Refinery Factory,large cracks was found on the surface of weld and inside of the weld.In this paper,a series of inspection of pre-hydrogenating reactor and the treatment of its dcfects are introduced in detail.
