摘要
在不同温度和压力下的超临界CO2从五味子中提取五味子甲素,一个半经验的数学方程y=ymaxtk-1+t可用于描述提取曲线。结果表明,在60℃和25.3MPa下,有最快的提取速度,其速度常数为33.8h-1。超临界CO2和夹带10%甲醇的超临界CO2有相似的提取率(约0.5%,w/w)。
Supercritical carbon dioxide had been used to extract deoxyschizandrin from fruits of Schisandra chinensis over a range of temperature and pressure.A semiempirical mathematics equation, y=y max × t/(1/k+t) ,was used to describe the extraction results.The results showed that the highest rate for supercritical CO 2 extraction was obtained at 60℃ and 25.3 MPa with the rate constant of 33.8 h -1 .The yields of extraction by supercritical CO 2 and 10% methanol modified supercritical CO 2 were similar (about 0.5%, w/w ).
