摘要
研究三种不同标准对卫生部室间质评Ig、补体结果的影响。每次作卫生部Ig、补体室间质评前 ,使用自制IgG、IgA、IgM、C3 、C4 抗血清、蛋白稀释液及缓冲液将仪器用贝克曼标准CAL1定标 ,然后将质控血清、上海生物制品研究所 (简称上生所 )免疫球蛋白标准、卫生部临检中心免疫球蛋白定值质控血清上Array仪测定。用三种不同标准对其结果作回顾性分析 ,平均得分用SDI表示。三种不同标准所计算出的Ig、补体室间质控值均较接近 ,全年平均得分 (SDI)均在 0 6 0 2以下 ,说明Array仪采用自配试剂检测结果准确 ,不同的标准对总的分值影响不大。
To study the influences upon the results of Immunoglobulin(Ig)and Complement (C) in the External Quality Control (EQA) ,we measured the three different standard sera of Antibody (Ab) by the self -made reagents .Before this ,we have calibrated the Abs of IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4、protein dillution and buffer made by ourselves using the standard CAL1 on the Array ,then measured the Abs of the Quality Control(QC),of the Ig made in Shanghai Biopruduct Institute and of the EQA .From the results we get the mean score showing as SDI, which indicates the three Abs are approximate to each other ,the avarage SDI is below 0.602.It shows the results measured though the reagents made by ourselves are accurate on the Array ,and different standards affect little upon the score .
