摘要
教育公平是和谐社会的重要特征,平等保障每个人的基本受教育权是教育公平的底线,是社会正义的价值诉求。然而,在当代中国,公民的受教育权仍未实现实质平等,人人享受高质量的教育仍然是21世纪的重大挑战。因此,秉承正义的价值,探寻受教育权平等的实现路径是一个重要的问题。
The fair of education is an important feature of a harmonious society. Giving equal protection to everyone for their right to receive education is the bottom of fair education and, also, dictated by the value of social justice. However, in the contemporary china .citizen ＇ right to receive education had not been protected substantial equally. It still remains a big challenge for 21st century that everyone can enjoy the education of high-quality .Therefore, It＇s an important issue for us to explore the path leading to realizing the equal right of receiving education for everyone while upholding the demands of value of justice.
