固体超强酸催化剂S_2O_8^(2-)/聚乙二醇-TiO_2-M_2O_3(M=Al,Cr)制备乙酰丙酸 被引量:4

摘要 研制了固体超强酸催化剂S2O82-/聚乙二醇-TiO2-M2O3(M=Al,Cr),并以赤砂糖为原料,催化水解法制备乙酰丙酸。通过单变量法考察了催化剂焙烧时间、催化剂用量、赤砂糖浓度、反应温度和反应时间等对乙酰丙酸收率的影响,并通过正交实验确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在催化剂焙烧时间120 min、赤砂糖浓度为10 g.L-1、催化剂用量为赤砂糖质量的15%、反应温度200℃和反应时间120 min条件下,乙酰丙酸收率达39.98%。 Abstract: The solid superacid catalyst S2O8^2- /polyethylene glycol-TiO2-M2O3 (M = A1, Cr) was prepared. Using brown granulated sugar as the raw material, levulinic acid was synthesized over the as-catalyst by catalytic hydrolysis method. The effects of calcination time and the dosage of the catalyst, brown granulated sugar concentration,reaction temperature, and reaction time on the yield of levulinic acid were investigated and the optimum condition was determined by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the highest yield of levulinic acid reached 39, 98% under the optimal condition as follows : catalyst calcination time 120 min, brown granulated sugar concentration 10 g . L^-1, catalyst dosage 15% of brown granulated sugar mass ,reaction temperature 200 ℃, and reaction time 120 min.
