摘要
介绍了JT-101型乙炔加氢催化剂在800 kt.a-1甲醇装置上的应用情况。工业运行结果表明,JT-101型催化剂能有效脱除乙炔尾气中的乙炔和乙烯,具有起活温度低、净化度高和适应性强等特点,能够满足工业生产的要求。
The commercial application of JT-101 hydrogenation catalyst for acetylene hydrogenation in 800 kt . a^-1 methanol unit was introduced. The results showed that JT-IO1 catalyst with low light-off temperature, high purification and stability properties could effectively removed acetylene and ethylene in acetylene tail gas, and meet the requirement of methanol synthesis using acetylene tail gas as the raw material.
