摘要
工业运行条件直接影响丙烯腈催化剂的实际运行效果。针对MB -86催化剂建立的工业运行条件优化神经网络模型 ,充分发挥催化剂的固有反应活性 ,延长了旧催化剂的使用寿命 ,指导了生产优化。该模型也适用于同类催化剂的工业运行条件优化。
Industrial operation conditions directly affect the practical operation result of acrylonitrile catalyst.The neural network model for industrial operation condition optimization established for MB-86 catalyst has been able to bring the intrinsic reaction activity to a sufficiently high level,prolong catalyst life and direct production optimization.It is also suitable for industrial operation condition optimization of other similar catalysts.
