摘要
[目的]研究胃安宁颗粒含药血清体外对人胃癌MGC-803细胞株增殖、凋亡的影响。[方法]采用MTT比色法检测不同剂量胃安宁颗粒含药血清作用12h、24h、48h后对MGC-803细胞生长增殖的影响,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。[结果]随着胃安宁颗粒含药血清浓度逐渐增加,细胞增殖率逐渐降低,细胞抑制率、凋亡率逐渐升高,且以早期凋亡为主。[结论]胃安宁颗粒能够抑制人胃癌MGC-803细胞的增殖,对MGC-803细胞有诱导其早期凋亡作用。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of Weianning granules medicinal serum on the proliferation and apoptosis in human gastric cancer MGC-803 cells. [Methods]MGC-803 cells were cultured with or without Weianning granules medicinal serum for 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours. The proliferation of MGC-803 cells was determined with MTT; and the apoptosis was measured with flow cytometry. [Results]Weianning granules medicinal serum significantly inhibi- ted the proliferation, and increased the apoptotic rates of MGC-803 cells in a concentration-dependent manner; and the apoptosis of MGC-803 cells were mainly at early stage. [Conclusion]Weianning granules could inhibit MGC-803 cells proliferation and induce MGC-803 cells apoptosis at early stage.
