摘要
目的观察放射性粒子植入术治疗肝癌的效果。方法对42例肝癌患者(34例原发性肝癌,8例转移性肝癌,病灶直径3.0~10.5cm)行CT引导下放射性粒子植入术。所有患者术前均经过1次或多次TACE治疗。于粒子植入术前、术后均接受CT、MR等影像学检查,并定期随访。结果术后8例(8/42,19.05%)肿瘤完全缓解,25例(25/42,59.52%)部分缓解,5例(5/42,11.90%)病变稳定,4例(4/42,9.52%)病变进展,甲胎蛋白和癌胚抗原均有不同程度下降。所有病例均未出现严重肝功能损害。结论放射性粒子植入术治疗肝癌安全、有效,配合TACE有助于提高肝癌的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of radioactive seeds implantation for treatment of liver cancer. Methods Totally 42 patients with liver cancer, including 34 primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 8 liver metastases were treated with CT-guided radioactive seeds implantation. The diameter of tumors was 3.0--10.5 cm. All patients had undergone one or more time of TACE before implantation. Pre- and post-procedural CT or MR scan were performed in all 42 patients. Re- suits The complete response rate was 19.05% (8/42), partial response rate was 59.52% (25/42), stable disease rate was 11.90% (5/42), and progressive disease rate was 9.52% (4/42). The level of alpha fetoprotein and carcinoma embry- onic antigen in the patients decreased at different degrees after radioactive seeds implantation. No serious hepatic function abnormality occurred. Conclusion Radioactive seeds implantation is safe and effective for the treatment of liver cancer, which combining with TACE could increase the therapeutic effect of radioactive seeds implantation for liver cancer.
