摘要 目的:探讨超声检查在妇女乳腺疾病普查中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析1357例行二维超声及彩色多普勒检查的患者资料。结果:乳腺小叶增生症885例(65.21%),乳腺纤维腺瘤170例(12.52%),乳管扩张症26例(1.91%),乳腺囊肿30例(2.21%),乳腺脂肪瘤12例(0.88%),乳腺癌7例(0.51%),乳腺导管内乳头状瘤1例(0.07%),双乳未见明显异常226例(16.65%)。结论:运用超声检查对妇女进行乳腺疾病普查对乳腺疾病的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗具有极其重要的意义。 Objective:To study the application value of ultrasonography in the general examination of female breast diseases.Methods:1357 women were examined and their cases were retrospectively analyzed with Two Dimensional Ultrasound and Color Doppler Flow Image.Results:885 women contracted breast lobular hyperplasia (65.21%);170 women got mammary fibroadenoma (12.52%);26 women had mammary duct ectasia (1.91%);30 women contracted lactocele (2.21%);12 women got mammary adenolipoma (0.88%);7 women had breast cancer (0.51%);1 woman contracted breast intraductal papilloma (0.07%);226 women had negative result (16.65%).Conclusion:The ultrasonography in the general examination of female breast diseases contributes greatly to the early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment of breast diseases.
