摘要
对天津市48家企业的调查发现,企业对高职毕业生满意度并不高,学生在知识体系、实践能力、职业素质等方面与企业要求差距较大。为使人才培养适应企业需求,高职院校需要加强通识教育,建立"联合共建、统筹管理、内外开放、充分共享"的实践教学管理体制,推行两年的"宽口径专业基础段教育"与一年的"有职业针对性的就业段教育"。
The results of investigation on 48 enterprises in Tianjin show that the satisfaction degree of enterprises for the graduates of higher vocational education, and the difference between the enterprises' demand and the knowledge system, practical abilities, professional qualities of students is greater. In order to adapt to the enterprises' demand, higher voca- tional schools should strengthen liberal education, establish the practical teaching and management system of "joint estab-lishment, whole management, internal and external opening, full sharing", and implement "2+1" ordering model that in- clude two-year "broad-caliber professional foundation stage of education" and one-year "employment stage education with professional pertinence".
